DELIVERY, CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY

GENERAL
If you place an order electronically on the website of SmartCV Teknoloji Anonim Åžirketi, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.
The buyers are subject to the rulings of the Consumer Protection Law No.6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
DELIVERY
The product is delivered to the customer electronically. The delivery is deemed completed when the product usage password is sent to the customer via email or website. If the customer notifies the firm within 7 days that the password has not been received or the password is invalid, the usage records in the system are checked. If there is no use within this period, the old user password is canceled, and a new password is created and sent to the customer.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The BUYER reserves the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of purchase without offering any justification and any legal liabilities. The exercise to withdraw from the contract must be made to the contact information written below. In such cases, the usage data of the BUYER will be checked; if the BUYER is deemed to have not used the product, the full amount will be compensated. If it is identified that the BUYER has used the product, price will be deducted according to the amount of usage and he rest of the amount will be compensated.

PAYMENT
The buyer pays the price of the purchased product in advance using the payment methods on the mobixa.net site. The password required to use the product is not sent to the customer until the information about the payment is received from the payment intermediary institution.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer has paid is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to SmartCV Teknoloji Anonim Åžirketi, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract within 3 days. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed, and the product password will be canceled.
